Percher hats for beginners - Birmingham - Friday 8th November 2019

These percher hats - favoured by people such as Kate Middleton and Meghan Markle - are my favourite styles of hats to both make and wear! They are so versatile, and once you master this technique, you will have endless possibilities for your millinery creations!

We use a wooden shape to create the base of your hat, shaping the material around it - a process called blocking.

Come along to this workshop to learn this technique and make your very own, one-of-a-kind creation on the day, and take away the skills to make so many more too!

Held at: Warrillow Studio, Kings Heath, B14 7PH

On: Friday 8th November 2019

Hours: 10am until 4pm

This workshop is suitable for beginners, and also for those of you who have attended any of my workshops previously, but please note there is a significant amount of hand-sewing! It’s a simple running stitch, but it does take time, so you need to be able to enjoy that too!

All materials and tools will be provided on the day, and I will supply all the links for materials if you wish to purchase more for your own use.

Suitable for beginners & suitable for vegans!

Booking in advance is essential.

It hasn’t happened yet, but should I ever need to cancel a workshop you will receive a full refund or a the choice to attend at a different date.

If you are unable to attend a workshop then you must give me a minimum of 48 hours notice and you will receive a credit towards any purchase on .
